National Career Readiness & The Iowa Workforce Development
The Iowa Department of Education has been working with Iowa Workforce Development to rollout out the National Career Readiness Assessment and a program called Virtual Access Point. The Department of Education and Iowa Workforce Development believes that if students use this technology tool it will become an invaluable career and education resource. Links that are available for students and/or parents in this Virtual Access Point include Skilled Iowa Job Skills, Advanced Learning Interactive Systems, Digital Literacy, ACT Practice Test materials, PRAXIS Test Prep, ASVAB Test Prep, Educational Testing Practice Test materials, O-Net Online, and a Skills Profiler.
