My teaching career began in Sheldon, Iowa teaching at East Elementary in 2013. I transitioned to Sheldon Middle School and began the Math Intervention Program in the fall of 2022. Throughout my time at Sheldon, I served on numerous leadership committees and held many coaching positions. My undergraduate degree in education was earned through the University of Iowa with my Masters of Educational Leadership earned through Northwestern College.

My wife Sami and I have a 2-year-old, Rory, and a 5-year-old Golden Retriever named Rudy. We enjoy our time attending activities, going on walks, or spending time with family. Personally, I spend a lot of my free time cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes or playing golf. We look forward to joining the Wildcat family! Go Cats!
